What to put in a first message

A full brief is not needed. A few lines give us enough to begin:

• Whether you plan to buy or to rent, and a rough budget.
• The rooms you need, in the Turkish way if you prefer: 2+1 means two bedrooms and a living room, 3+1 means three bedrooms and a living room.
• The part of Bostancı you lean towards: the shore, the pier, the streets around the Marmaray station, or inland towards the D-100.
• If transport decides it for you, which Bostancı station you mean, the M4 or the M8, as the two share the name.

What happens next

A colleague answers within one working day and asks about anything still open. Next you receive a short list of flats that fit, each with its deed status, and we book the viewings, either on site or on a video call.

Viewing from another country

Many people write to us from abroad, so we can walk you through a flat on a live video call, timed for your own time zone. If you plan to visit, send the dates and we line up the viewings close together on one day.

Selling or renting out a flat of your own?

Give us the mahalle as the deed writes it, then the gross size, the floor and any notes on the deed, and attach photographs if you have them. We compare similar flats nearby and reply with a written view on price and a plan for the advert.

Languages

English and Turkish both work, and we answer in the language you wrote in. If you need a third, say so, and we will look for help at the viewings and with the paperwork.

We use them to answer you and for no other purpose. Our privacy policy sets out the retention period and the way to ask for deletion, and the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) oversees your data rights in Türkiye.
