The Bostancı Homes team

Sales, lettings and overseas buyers

Write to the office and a colleague who knows the mahalle answers in English or Turkish, usually within a working day.

One contact from first message to keys

Whoever replies to your first message stays with you: they hold your brief, the flats already seen and the papers that are still open. Nothing slips between desks, and you know whom to ask.

Estate agents in Türkiye hold an authorisation certificate (yetki belgesi) issued by the Ministry of Trade. Whichever Bostancı agency you consider, ours included, the certificate can be looked up on the Ministry of Trade’s real estate register (TTBS).

  • Viewings in person or on video

The rooms, the outlook, the building and the street, shown on site or on a video call timed for your own time zone.

  • Paperwork checks

We read the deed, any annotations, the permits and unpaid charges before an offer goes in.

  • Offer and bookings

We negotiate with the seller, then book the valuation, the DASK cover, the translator and the tapu appointment, with a colleague beside you on the day.

  • Once you hold the keys

Support with utility accounts and meters, finding a tenant if you decide to let, and gathering documents for a residence permit file. You can still ask us things after the sale.

Questions about working with Bostancı Homes

Is there a charge for asking?

No. Shortlists, calls and video tours are free. If you do buy, we agree the fee in writing before the first viewing takes place.

Can I fit several viewings into one visit?

Yes. Send the dates of your trip and we cluster the viewings by part of Bostancı, for instance a morning around the stations and an afternoon by the shore.

Who handles the paperwork once I have chosen a flat?

The colleague you have been writing with. They book the valuation, the earthquake cover and the sworn translator, and go with you to the Land Registry.

Not sure whom to write to?

Write to the office, and your note goes to the colleague best placed to help.

We use your details to reply to you and for nothing more. Privacy policy.
